SHREDDER MultiCut 1-Shaft

The Multicut, the latest development from BP Recycling Systems GmbH, is characterised by a modular system for drive and feed and with variable application options for different knife shapes and sizes.

Adjustable discharge quantities and unique granulate sizing
With the single-shaft shredders, the load-dependent feed and the rotor speed can be used to achieve the discharge quantity as well as a unique and unrivalled granulate sizing.

The machine design
The shredding machine from BP Recycling Systems GmbH is the product of 30 years of continuous development of this technology and is state of the art in terms of drive, control and hydraulics as well as today's production possibilities. The shredders in the MultiCut series from BP Recycling Systems GmbH are designed to last for several generations.

The drive
The drive is optionally provided by a frequency-controlled geared motor, a multi-pole motor or a double belt drive, which ensure that the machine runs smoothly even under heavy loads.
The drawer control and rotational speed of the cutting rotor are matched to each other and ensure trouble-free continuous operation.

The cutterblock (Holzmag cutting technology)
The MultiCut has already undergone a long development phase of more than 30 years. The result is a multifunctional cutting technology that shreds almost all materials with the same cutting technology to the desired pellet size between 5 mm and 60 mm. Blocks as well as films and fibres can be shredded with this cutting technology.

The cutting tools

The cutting tool holder is suitable for holding various cutting tools. These cutting tools can be completely replaced within a few minutes. The tools / wear parts are available in tool steel, carbide and ceramic.
