Shredder PreciCut 1-Shaft
The PreciCut shredders are characterised by the polygonal shaft with positive locking and the new cutting tool, which allows you to change from one cutting geometry to another in a matter of minutes.

cutting geometry, extremely sensitive pressure and load control, self-cooling polygonal shaft, the recut, the screen basket geometry and many other details form the basis of this outstanding and
leading size reduction technology.
Universal use
The single-shaft shredders in the PreciCut series have been on the market for more than 20 years and have proven themselves in the most difficult applications.
The same machine can be used to shred fibres, blocks, films, bales and rolls to defined pellets of 6 - 80 mm.
Trouble-free continuous operation
The PreciCut single-shaft machine with the drawer unit for controlled, load-dependent feeding of the shredding shaft with material. The
interplay between the number of revolutions of the cutter shaft, the contact pressure of the drawer and its travelling speed results in the highest possible operational reliability and
trouble-free continuous operation.
Cutting width of over 2 metres.
The PreciCut 830s with a cutting width of 2017 mm and a cutter shaft diameter of 660 mm and a drawer stroke of 2.6 metres is the largest
machine in the PreciCut range. Sprue blocks are shredded directly to a final granulate of 8 mm in one shredding step.

The tool holder is suitable for holding various cutting tools. These cutting tools can be completely replaced within a few minutes. The tools / wear parts are available in tool steel, carbide and ceramic.
